About This Lister
I'm the current tenant of this unit and lived here with my fiancé and puppy. We absolutely loved living here, and the surrounding area has everything you could want - park, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, nightlife. I recently moved out of state for work though and needed to break my lease early sadly.

Combined household income must be 40X the monthly rent. If a Guarantor is needed, they must demonstrate 80X the monthly rent.
*Guarantors cover all leaseholders for the duration of the lease* If you do not have a qualified U.S. guarantor, we accept Insurent and The Guarantors.
All new lease holders (Individuals and Guarantors) need to provide the following:
1. Apply online (link below) Please choose the appropriate applicant type (Individual or Guarantor).
2. 2 most recent U.S. bank statement from either a checking, savings account (A screenshot cannot be used).
3. Government issued photo ID and Visa if applicable.
4. Employment letter on company letterhead signed and dated stating job title, salary, length of employment and bonus eligibility. (Employment letter must be dated 60 days or less).
a. If you are self-employed or an officer/partner of a firm or on contract
b. Last 2 years filed person tax returns form 1040 (pages 1 and 2 only). The AGI must meet the income requirement
5. 2 most recent paystubs (employed, not required for self-employed)
If you are a student/unemployed:
• If you do not income qualify, you must have a fully qualified U.S. guarantor or use Insurent/The Guarantors.
• Proof of enrollment (student)
