Fully furnished and private, the space includes a full kitchen, dining area, newly renovated bathroom, large living room with an office nook, a separate bedroom, air conditioning, and an outdoor washer/dryer.

It opens onto a backyard designed by noted landscape studio Terremoto, bordered by sage, lavender, and artichokes beneath a Norfolk pine.

A private walkway lined with jasmine and bougainvillea leads to the entrance.

A parking space is available in our gated driveway for a fee (EV charging also available at additional cost), or you’re welcome to use street and/or our driveway apron parking.

The space is ideal for creative professionals seeking a contemplative place to live and work. It’s just one block from the shops and cafes of Sunset Blvd, a short walk to Echo Park Lake, and right next to Elysian Park’s miles of trails.

The rent is $2700/month, including all utilities and wifi.
