We are subletting our 3 bedroom, 2 bath stand alone home in a leafy, quiet neighborhood near Caltech in Pasadena. Dates are flexible.

We love our cozy space, the details that make it period, and the ample amount of space for our family of three. We've set our home up to have one king bed in one bedroom, a toddler's room with a crib/toddler bed, and a dedicated office with a fold out couch to sleep a guest. There is a full bathroom with a soaking tub, and a second half bath that sits between the laundry room and the guest room/office. Washer and dryer available to use as well as a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher and garbage disposal alongside everything you'd need to cook at home. The formal dining room and a breakfast nook lead into the living room. A TV with all the streaming apps, central air/heat, Sonos speaker in the living room and a sweet little porch with a cafe table and chairs to hang out in the front. Lots of toys and kids stuff if needed! There is a private, fenced back yard with gas grill and string lights to hang out for nice weather. Parking spot for one car and permit parking for any additional cars.

The neighborhood is quiet, calm, green and perfect for kids and folks looking for a place to unwind or focus on projects and work. Walking distance to a sweet little park, CalTech and grocery stores/restaurants along South Lake Ave. Trader Joes and Pavillions are just a 5 minute walk. A nice yoga studio is also just around the corner. It's a beautiful, historical part of Pasadena bordering on San Marino and has easy access to the 134 and 110 freeways.

FYI: There are several steps to get into each entrance of the house for those that might need to know. We share this plot of land with a back house behind our home. Each home has it's own private, fenced yard and designated parking areas but we share the driveway. We love our neighbors and want to respect their spaces and keep volumes down, etc. No smoking or large parties. And unfortunately no pets. :(
