A chance to stay in Fort Greene, Brooklyn this summer - at our lovely Parlor and Garden duplex on beautiful Ft. Greene Place. We are away from early July until late August. Looking for a minimum of four weeks rental, move in/move out dates are flexible.

Over 1600 sq ft of space, not including the basement and laundry room - the dining room and living room have 11 ft ceilings, beautiful crown moldings, marble mantles and original wide pine plank floors. There's a large private backyard with brick patio perfect for summer BBQ-ing (BBQ included :) Kitchen is ready for you to cook in, complete with dishwasher. Downstairs on the garden level are two bedrooms; a King main bedroom and a kids room with a Full bed (picture needs to be updated, this shows couch, but that's the only difference). (Lots of toys and books for your little one if you have one!)

Located in the BAM historic district, minutes to all the trains at Barclays center, including LIRR. Walk to Fort Greene Park and enjoy the farmers market and restaurants on the weekends. This is a great space - in the middle of it all.

Hi, we are Kabira, Peter and Sammy (age 6). We are renters and have been in the apartment since 2016 and absolutely love it. We'll be traveling for the summer and are looking for some folks who want to be in Brooklyn and want a lovely place as their home base who will respect our space. We have friends who rent the two floors above us who can help with anything and can show you around if needed. Our jobs are in the visual arts and the recycling space, and we are a house that loves music, books and justice. Kabira (she/her) will be the main contact for the space.
