We have a great apartment for sublet this summer in Park Slope Brooklyn. You would be living in our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Park Slope. Perfect for families or visiting grandparents, this bright and airy space offers all the comforts of home for a summer stay. It is available from June 30th until August 25th or possibly later. IDEALLY FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE MONTH OR MORE with flexibility within that time frame and beyond.

We live right in central/south slope Brooklyn which is close to all of the shops and restaurants on 5th, 7th and 8th Ave. We live right across the street from a coffee shop with great outdoor seating. We are also one block away from the great Winner Bakery. The closest trains are the R, F/G and one block from the B63 and B67 buses.
The price includes wifi (there is internet TV but no cable), gas, and electricity. There are window AC's to cool the place in every room.

Perfect Arrangement:
--Would love if you and your family were considerate of noise as we are on the 2nd floor of the apartment building (7 other units)
--We have a 5-7 plants that could use some weekly watering.
--No smoking and have no pets
--Willing to keep the apartment clean or hire a cleaner which we could arrange....happy to supply cleaning products/Vaccum etc.
We would love to meet either in person or via Facetime/Zoom.
Security deposit and one month rent necessary before move-in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We can agree on a payment method like Zelle or bank transfer.
