This beautiful one bedroom apartment is right off Central Park, on a Brownstone block in the heart of the Upper West Side. 5min walk to subway(2/3/B/C).

I have lived in this one-bedroom since 2021 and I love it. I am doing a bit of traveling so am looking for a sublet.

The building is on W 76th St between Central Park West and Columbus. Several grocery stores (Fairway, Trader Joe's, Citarella, Zabar's) all under a 10 minute walk away.

The unit is on the 3rd floor and it's walk-up, no elevator. The apartment faces the backyard and so there isn't any street noise.

The place is fully furnished, and it comes with all the kitchen appliances and pots/pans/dishes you'll need. Happy to also leave linens if you need them. I do have a desk set up if you plan on working from home.

I put 5/12-7/6, but I'm flexible. If you need the place for a shorter or longer amount of time we can discuss. You are also welcome to use the Peloton.
