We’re two male actors/bartenders in our 30s looking for a clean, quiet and respectful roommate to take the 3rd bedroom for a short-term sublet with options for a longer stay. Your room is fully furnished with West Elm furniture, including a king bed, dresser, recliner, office desk, TV, closet, and a private balcony. Full Private bathroom right outside your bedroom door. Your bedroom has its own dedicated AC/Heater, and has the best sunlight in the house as its on the 2nd floor in the front of our townhouse. Entire home has a water filter so all sinks and showers are also filtered. You are welcome to the Living room common area, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, and we have a WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT. We also have a mini-fridge for your private use in case there isn’t enough room in the kitchen fridge. Our building is a townhouse so it’s connected to another house which shares our main wall. A family with a young kid lives there so we try to keep quiet at night past 10pm except on weekends.

We have a few options for parking including possible garage parking(depending on the size of your vehicle).

Walkable within 5 minutes to all shops, restaurants, groceries in town.

Requires signed contract and Security Deposit.

Linens, towels, pillows, utilities provided.
