It's a furnished one-bedroom, floor-through apartment on the top (third) floor of a brownstone in Clinton Hill. There are two other units in the building. Landlord does not live on site.

It is a great neighborhood. Close to the Clinton-Washington C train and both the Classon and Clinton-Washington G train stops, and walking distance from Fort Greene Park.

The apartment gets wonderful light — morning sun in the living room, and afternoon and evening light in the bedroom. The bedroom overlooks a quiet courtyard. The living room faces the street, which is also fairly peaceful aside from the occasional honk.

It’s about 700 square feet, with a spacious living room, a large bedroom, and a smaller kitchen and bathroom. The space is best for someone who appreciates a calm, quiet environment and a lived-in home.

The place will be furnished but closets will be empty. There are several book cases which can be cleared if needed. For the kitchen, it is fully stocked but can remove things depending on what you have or need. Apartment has a microwave, stereo system, record player, and short throw projector with access to streaming channels.

Utilities and Wi-Fi are included (ConEd and internet).

There’s no laundry in the building, but there are laundromats and drop-off services nearby.

We are a couple who have rented this space for 10 years. We will be out of town for the coming months. One of us is a journalist; the other is a housing attorney. We will be showing the space. The relationship with the landlord is good. They do not live on site. We have lived in the building the longest by far. A couple live in the two floor garden apartment and mother and young daughter live below our apartment.
