I work in the film industry and this is my beloved apartment of many years. I often travel for work, which is why I sublet my apartment. When I'm not traveling, I live nearby and will attend to any need for the apartment. Seeking a low key, low maintenance individual or couple only.

Rental requirements
First month rent $2350 plus deposit of same amount ($4700 total) to move in. Subsequent monthly payments due on the 1st of each month. Deposit will be returned when you leave, minus a $150 cleaning fee. This is an informal agreement, no lease.
