Furnished living room and kitchen with a tv, and several cooking appliances. I cook most nights and love to bake as well. Living room has a skylight that allows great natural light throughout the day.

We are a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum. Convenient to the 2/3/4/5/C/B/Q trains. 20 minutes to Atlantic Terminal for the LIRR and other trains. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants along Washington Ave, Franklin Ave, and Vanderbilt Ave.

I work from home 1-2 days a week and will often go to a cafe for part of the day. Time outside of the apartment trying new restaurants, going rock climbing, and attending live-music events.

Early 30s woman working in public policy. I've lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and really couldn't imagine myself anywhere else.

Would ideally want someone late-20s to mid-30s. I split my time pretty evenly between being in the apartment or out doing things. I'm fairly extroverted so more than happy to share a meal/bottle of wine/movie night.
