I’m subletting my big, clean, beautiful, fully furnished studio on 66th Street and Fifth Avenue, directly across from Central Park — available from June 24 to August 15–25. Ideally looking for one person to take it for the full stay (1.5–2 months).
This is a rare opportunity to live in one of Manhattan’s most iconic and elegant locations. The studio is on the ground floor of an elevator building, just steps from Central Park, and Museum Mile. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and full of luxury shops, great restaurants and cafes.
The apartment includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a cozy sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV, and AC. Laundry is available in the building.
Looking for a responsible tenant who will treat my home with care while I’m away in Europe.
Dates: June 24 to August 15–25
Rent: $4100 per month (all utilities included)
Deposit: Half of total rent + $100 cleaning fee

Rental Requirements
• Lease for the full period: June 24 to August 15–25 (1.5–2 months).
• Tenant must be a single responsible person.
• Valid ID (passport or driver’s license) required.
• One reference from previous landlord or employer.
• Upfront payment: one month’s rent ($5000) plus half-month rent as security deposit.
• $100 cleaning fee.
• Showings by appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Tenant agrees to take good care of the apartment.
