Studio Apartment available from July 8-July 13. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a prewar building with high ceilings, radiator heating, wood floors, and small kitchen. The bathroom is a little newer and there is quarter laundry in the basement. Convenient location to the 103rd 1 line and Riverside Park. Very quiet area and no street noise. The apartment has a queen size bed, fold out couch and a queen air mattress. There is a sit stand desk with office chair. I have apiano keyboard, window AC unit, and lots of light fixtures. There are two closets, one is a walk in.
