Bright bedroom with a double bed in a 3 bedroom/2 full bath two floor apartment in a 1930 brick home in North Riverdale shared with two others (one graduate student and one working professional - both women). Recently renovated bathroom is shared with one other. The kitchen and living room are shared (living space occasionally used as private office space by one of your apartment mates). There's an outdoor deck/balcony off the living room and outdoor space in the back of the house.

Furnishings include what's in the photo - a double/full bed, desk, chair, AC, closet unit, side tables. I pay for streaming services, internet, gas & electric - all included. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment, with a large oven, dishwasher and air fryer. Laundry room is shared, free to use, available in the basement.

Looking for a responsible housemate and I can be flexible on start date in June; it is available starting June 1. I prefer someone able to stay longer-term but am happy to work on your schedule if you want a shorter lease to start. No smoking and no pets please.

It’s a very quiet and family-friendly. Park your car on the street with no alternate-side parking. While it’s helpful to have a car here it’s not necessary. Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Short walk to Van Cortlandt Park, College of Mount Saint Vincent and Wave Hill.
