Hi! One of our roommates is moving out of state on June 21st. We would love to find the right person to fill the third bedroom in our home until the lease ends at the end of October. The room is furnished, and has a beautiful bed frame as well as a clean 'like-new' mattress. The building is a pre-war 4 unit structure, and we live on the third floor. There is a large TV in the common area with most streaming services!

We live walking distance to Domino Park, the shopping/restaurant area on Bedford Ave, and the pedestrian path of the Williamsburg Bridge. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and many other grocery store options are nearby as well!

The Bedford L train, and the Marcy J/M/Z are both close by for transportation options, as well as the Williamsburg Bridge Plaza for many bus lines.

We are both 26 year old women, college friends from art school. We like to keep a clean and relatively quiet home, and see our home as a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day.

We maintain busy independent lives, with one of us starting grad school this fall. We are looking for someone who matches our use of the space, and contributes to household chores.

We keep the sink free from dishes piling up, and leave our shoes outside of the front door.
