5-minute walk to G and C lines. 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan. Fort Greene and Prospect Parks, Pratt University, Brooklyn Museum, Barclay Center, BAM Arts Complex, and Botanical Gardens all located within 20 minute walk.

The parlor level is flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors. And boasts all the beautiful brownstone details: 14-foot high ceilings, wedding cake moldings, exotic marble fireplaces, and a massive gold leaf mirror.

It's a truly beautiful apartment--not at all like your typical sublet! Since this is our home, we are looking for responsible people who will treat it and enjoy it as their own home.
