Hi, I am an artist living and working in Brooklyn. I am asking for $1800 / month for a flexible studio sublet starting May 31/ June 1. Rent is 2200, but I will leave some things inside including a work table, flat file, couch and bookshelf. 1 month with the possibility to extend. Flexible on either side of that time if you’d like to add or subtract a day or so.

Tall ceilings (18ft) and big windows. Private 24 hr access in artist community with roof access, laundry room, mail room, slop sink, woodshop power tools, and a small back yard area in case you need to do outdoor things.

Short walk to the water/ Domino Park/ Williamsburg Bridge pedestrian path.
