Hello! We are looking to sublet our furnished back house in Highland Park for a couple months this summer. We have a hot tub, sauna and outdoor bath and shower available to you.

The home was recently built and has its own laundry, vaulted ceilings, well appointed kitchen and beautiful Mountain View’s from a large balcony. We will be away for all of July so the large yard and garden will be private to you during this time. Well behaved pets are welcome and the property is fully fenced in.

The apartment is best suited for a couple or single person.

We are a few blocks away from York and 50th but perched up on a tranquil hill.
