We are subletting our beloved 1 bedroom apartment while traveling. Intersection of Bedford Ave and Greene Ave in Clinton Hill / Bed Stuy.

Available ~ June 20 - July 20 (There is flexibility on those dates. We are wanting someone to reside here that whole time, or as much of it as possible. There is also the potential to continue subletting for the following month as well)

The unit is fully furnished, and is plug n' play to have an amazing stay in this quaint and trendy neighborhood. Both the living room, bedroom have multiple windows. Shower and living room have skylights! We are tidy types that will wash and clean everything before your arrival, and ensure you have plenty pantry, closet, and dresser space. You will have the whole floor to yourself. WIFI and utilities included in price.

(price is same as we pay just pro-rated with a small space subtracted, so compared to rental apps etc its a great deal!)

- Split AC system thats modern and quiet.

- Long kitchen table with skylight overhead.

- Lots of plants. (we'll ask our landlords to come water unless you have a green thumb!)

- High quality sonos speaker for bumping tunes.
- Mid-Century fixtures and details.

Ideal Subletter
- Mature, considerate type looking to enjoy a lively neighborhood in BK in the second half of the summer.
- We are both artists / designers, so someone who appreciates those things will get more out of the space.
- Individual or couple is fine.
- Someone who appreciates how awesome this apartment, neighborhood, and borrough are.
- Our apartment is filed with art. If you appreciate those things we'll happily leave them up, or take them down if you prefer more minimal.
- Dogs / Cats are generally a no go, but we can talk about it.

Neighborhood
- Intersection of Bedford Ave and Greene Ave
- Dozens of wine bars, restaurants, and cafes within short walking distance.
- Very walkable at night.
- Many families, and young creatives live in the neighborhood.
- Idealic tree lined street with beautiful brownstones and friendly neighbors.
- Land Lords live on bottom 2 floors. Generous and kind-hearted design and permaculture types.
- 3 nice grocery stores within 6 min walking distance.

Logistics:
- All trash, recycling, compost is brought downstairs.
- We compost on site too if you are into that.
- 2 min walk to Bedford Nostrand G train
- 1 min walk to B38
- 8 min walk to Franklin or Nostrand C Train.
- Laundry is not in unit. Closest laundromat is 200' away
- LL's can assist in case there are any issues.

About This Lister

Im a they / them and my partner is a she / they. We're both architects and artists. We are a married couple who have been living in NYC for over a decade. One of us runs a design studio out of a studio space they organize in downtown BK. The other is an executive director of a non profit working in ethical tech for climate and social justice.

We are reasonable types who love sipping tea, reading, and entertaining friends.

We live here all the rest of the year when we are not traveling.

We are close friends with the landlords. They are very kind people, and also super low key. They are completely aware that we are subletting and are fine with it. They can help with any issues.
