Hello! I have a fairly large room in my 2 bedroom 1 bath available for rent starting in May (anytime in May works). The unit is massive with 10 huge windows (lots of light), tons of closet space, a great living room, and a beautiful bathroom. There are really good laundry machines in the basement, and an elevator to make moving in and out easy and accessible. I've been here for almost a year, and love it to pieces.

The unit is in the historic Trianon building in Thaitown. It's a two minute walk from Thai Plaza, and a 5 minute walk to Lazy Acres.

I'm a tv writer and comedian, so I'm at work every day till around 5, and gone most nights for shows. I'll have a friend over maybe once a week, but otherwise I'm a pretty quiet and tidy guy. My ideal roommate would also be on the quiet/tidy side.
