I'm a painter and I've been at this studio for awhile, i love the area.
I'm free from the early morning to the late after noon, so no evening showings.

I am the current tenantRental requirements
900$ a month, available for only 3 months.
The first month of rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent upfront. The security deposit will be returned back to you after your stay.
