The space is 1 whole floor. It gives on the garden in the back. The unit has a bedroom with a private bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bed comfortably fits two people. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, and dryer. The area is calm, and the garden provides great respite from the city. Only a 30min subway ride to union square by the 6 train.
There is always free street parking, and always available. We are a french family and the kitchen is very well furnished with all the cookware imaginable! A big plus is also that the listing is a 2min walk from Randalls island, where greenery is plentiful.
About This Lister
My fiancé and I live here. She is a painter and has her studio upstairs, and I own a small framing business on the bottom floor, and am an artist as well. We will not be renting out the 2 other floors while we are away.
We will be away this summer for our wedding and would love to have any artist, social worker, or student, wanting to live in NY for the summer stay here while were gone.

I would ask to be paid up front for the month June 17th -July 17th. I will also ask a security deposit for half a months rent up front. Thank you!
Pets Policy
This listing is practical for pet owners because of the backyard. However, we know pets can be messy, and a lot of the furniture is delicate. If the pet are inside, Furniture needs to be protected by person using the listing.
