Hello! I am seeking a clean and responsible roommate to fill our 3rd room in our 2bed, 3 room apartment in Ridgewood for $1200 a month.

We want someone for the full year :)

THE APARTMENT/AREA:
- Spacious second floor apartment with three bedrooms and TWO bathrooms (both bathrooms have a shower but one is used mainly as storage)
-Apartment building is 2 years old! Have had literally 0 issues, never need to contact landlord (this is so nice in nyc). Landlord is super nice and responsive though.
-Locked and gated apartment (entrance is away from the street, have to go through gate) with bike storage, laundry in basement.
-Close to bars and cool shops, SUPER QUIET neighborhood but a lot of young people around, overall beautiful place.
- Nice living room/dining room combo with natural light, fully furnished
-Really nice theater sound system (perf for movies and music)
- Massive, private balcony that is fully furnished, amazing in spring and summer with such a calm, nice view
-Beautiful finished room with full view of both downtown + midtown Manhattan
-Overhead electronic AC/Heat in EVERY room with remote to control ( don't need to bring any ac unit!)

THE BEDROOM:
- This bedroom is mid sized, I work remote with a queen bed and desk and its perf in the apartment
-Massive closet

THE ROOMMATES:
- 2 roommates. Me and T. I work ad an ad agency & music venue running marketing. I work 2 days in the office.
-T is a student at FIT, not home a lot during the school year during the day.
-I like to work on my bikes, make music (on my computer so don't worry about noise lol), and hang with friends in the city.
-3 year old affectionate cat!
-We are clean, kind, and social roommates that are very good at communication and just excited to have someone else join this beautiful apartment!
