Coffee, groceries, and Greenpoint’s best restaurants and wine shops are just steps away. The G train is a 7-minute walk, and the NYC Ferry at Greenpoint Landing is less than 3 minutes from the front door. Transmitter Park is nearby for sunset walks or a good book.
