Hello! Im subletting my greenpoint loft while im traveling. I live on the ground floor of a mixed use building located on the border of williamsburg and greenpoint off franklyn st.
The photos should say it all, its a 1k sq foot loft, with a kitchen, dining room table, bedroom area, livingroom and desk. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.
I'll be leaving in August to berlin for a month, open to swaps too if thats possible.
