One studio available in a four studio shared space. Each studio has three full height walls and the fourth wall is open to the walkway between the studios.

We are on the second floor with passenger and freight elevator access, a shared sink in the hall and recently remodeled bathrooms. There is one window in the space. The building has 24 hour security and 24/7 access.

Our area of the building is pretty quiet, and there are many studios on the 3rd floor above us.

The ground floor has a great coffee shop, there is a hardware store one block away, and many restaurants in the area.

Internet and utilities included. Trash removal on weekdays.
