We’ll be traveling during the Summer and are looking for a caring person or family to stay at our pleasant and spacious apartment in Manhattan's Upper West Side.
This is a 3-bedroom, 2-full-bathroom, quiet and nicely furnished interior space with high ceilings and large windows in every room. It's on the 4th floor of a well-maintained pre-war building with elevator access. The apartment was fully renovated recently and has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
The apartment has a primary bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, an artist's office/studio, and a large guest room with a Friheten sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a hardwood office desk. It has a beautiful and generous living room/dining room space, overlooking a large interior patio with full-grown trees.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants, cafés, and bookstores. It’s within walking distance to CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, the West Side Market, and a 5-8 minute bike ride to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Riverside Park is two blocks away, and we are close to the soccer, pickleball, and tennis courts, and the Hudson River bike path.
It has easy access to the Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, the Museum of Natural History, and the Chelsea areas, or historic Harlem to the North. We are within walking distance of Columbia University. Central Park is only a 10-minute walk away.
The 1 subway line is three blocks away, and there are several bus stops across the street.
