The space is a 450 sf, spacious and thoughtfully designed one bedroom/studio with beautiful morning light and super high ceilings that makes it feel loft like. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, loads of storage space, lots of extra linens and organic cotton towels, and fast wifi if you plan to work from home. The unit is the bottom half of a duplex with its own private front yard oasis and entrance. I live in the unit upstairs.

Cherry on top - the house is tucked away on a quiet street in a super walking friendly neighborhood. Only a short stroll to Sunset Junction, Silverlake Erewhon, Intelligentsia, Tartine, Cafe Stella and Black Cat.

A little bit about me - I work in the fashion industry, but my passion really lies in health and wellness, learning and reading all the mindfullness based practice books (but I also love a good fiction!), home design and architecture, nature walks, early nights, and I always look forward to my morning matcha :).
