Great building, super central in Hollywood with balcony. I designed the home myself and absolutely love how it came out. For LA, it's super walkable. Hollywood is my favorite place to explore and I can give you many recs to do so!!

It's a one bedroom apartment, AC in the bedroom. It's on the second floor and there's only stairs. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen and laundry in the building. Utilities included! It's by Seward St and Fountain. Easy street parking. Option to rent my car as well!
