Near the corner of E 85th and 3rd, the apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk up (3 flights of stairs). We are a short 10-minute walk to Central Park and a 3-minute walk from two express subways stops (Q and 4/5/6), which take you to lower Manhattan in 15-20 minutes and Brooklyn in 30-45 minutes.

Looking for an apartment swap for any two weeks in July, specific dates flexible. We'd like to visit a beach city or town anywhere in southern Italy or Greece. Or maybe your town?
