The apartment occupies the ground floor of a duplex house. The space is around 1,200 sq ft, fully furnished, with two bedrooms, one bathroom (recently remodeled), an office, living room, dining room, kitchen, and mudroom. The back patio has an outdoor dining set and there is an off street parking space adjacent to the front of the home. Unfortunately the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

The apartment is centrally located and about a 6-7 min walk to Warren Street, the main commercial street. Our favorite things nearby include Oakdale Pond, Lil Deb's Oasis, Supernatural, Rivertown Lodge, Kitty's, Grapefruit Wines, and Half Moon, among others. Hudson Amtrak station is a 15-20 min walk away. The block is very friendly and cute.

Rent is $2,400 monthly. The rent includes internet, electricity, and heat.

Sadly we cannot accept pets at this time.

About This Lister

We're a married couple (graphic designer and urban planner) who have owned and lived on the ground floor of the home off and on for the last five years. We both work in the city now so we have been splitting our time between upstate and downstate. We'll be traveling more extensively in the summer and are looking for a subletter for two months. We'll be the main contact point for the tenants.
