The place is a bright, tastefully furnished retreat—floor-to-ceiling windows flood it with light all day. You’ll be steps from the High Line, Chelsea galleries, and the 7-train at Hudson Yards, so strolls and easy commutes are a given. Apartment has a washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen.

Abington House is a warm brick high-rise by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, so it feels classic New York even though Hudson Yards is right next door. A landscaped courtyard, rooftop sun deck (it's beautiful), and those big windows give the place serious charm.

Rent: $6,000/ month
Utilities: Internet + electricity are separate (billed at cost).
Amenities pass (optional): $135/month gets you into all the fun stuff below.
Paperwork: You’ll sign a short sub-lease with me, and the building’s leasing office will run a quick credit check.

Move-in: July 8
Move-out: September 31 (or up until November 20 if you want to stay longer; flexible within that time frame)
