Hello! We are away for a few weeks throughout the rest of the year and are looking to sublet our apartment during those periods.

Here are the durations our apartment is available this year:

June 11th - 23rd
August 2nd - 9th
December 15th - 7th

It truly is a huge & glorious apartment! We’re in the top two floors of a brownstone. The first floor of our apartment has an eat in kitchen area, you can sit at the island or at our dining table. We then have two lounge/seating areas and an office/desk space that share the same floor, all open plan. One of the sofas on this floor is a queen size sofa bed. There is also a full size bathroom on this level.

The top/second floor of our apartment has the bedrooms and another full size bathroom along with a washer a dryer cupboard. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and desk area/office nook. It also has a nursery room with crib etc attached. The second bedroom is big enough for a king but is currently furnished for our toddler with a twin size bed. Each room has HVAC units and WiFi n bills included.

Extremely family friendly apartment with toddler bed & toys/books, nursery with crib and changing table. High chair and kid friendly plates/cups etc. We have another travel crib available if needed along with a stroller that we are happy for people to use.

We are looking for a minimum of 5 days per booking. $200 per night or $1200 per week.
