We're looking for a short-term subletter with the potential to become long term!

Our place is a beautiful, fully furnished, second-floor brownstone apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen (with dishwasher), full-sized living room, and in-unit washer and dryer. No central A/C, but each room has a remote-controlled window unit, and they keep the place very comfortable.
The room is huge with a massive closet and two large, south-facing windows. It currently fits a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a desk, and a large dog crate.
The room can come furnished (bed, nightstands, wall shelves) or not! Totally up to you!

The building is great, we only have one apartment above us and one below, and we're friendly with all our neighbors. We've also got a nice sitting area set up on the front stoop for the warmer months!

It's a really great apartment on a nice, quiet street. There are a few bars and coffee shops near us and a grocery store literally around the corner. We're about a 10 minute walk to the Myrtle-Willoughby G and there are multiple bus lines around us.

About This Lister

You'll be living with my bestie, Meg. She's 31 and works in recruitment in FiDi. Sometimes she works from home, but she's in-office 90% of the time. She's a great roommate, she likes to be able to hang out and chat, but also really values her alone time. She loves to go out and unwind on the weekends, but she doesn't bring the party home and keep you up all night.
