Sublet for the month of July (dates flexible-ish) in a furnished, sunny, airy and plant-adorned room in Clinton Hill, steps from the C train and minutes from the G, with access to tons of buses!
Apartment specs: 2BR, 1BA, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, AC, garden access. My roommate, who is a lawyer and works hybrid from 9-5, will be in the apartment for the summer, and she has a cat. The apartment is up one flight of stairs—there’s no elevator.
Requirements: subletter must be respectful, tidy, communicative, and conscientious—this apartment truly is a home, not a place to bring the party to. :)
About This Lister
I’ll be in Vermont for July; my roommate, who you’d be living with, is a lawyer who works 9-5 and hybrid remote. We’re very tidy, respectful of common-areas and each other’s spaces, and pitch in together to clean. We ask that you’re respectful of the space and keep fairly quiet (it’s an area with lots of families).
A sweet cat lives in the apartment.
