Hey there! I’m subletting my furnished room in our sunny Bed-Stuy apartment while I’m out of town in July. It’s a great setup if you’re looking for a short-term spot in a beautiful space with kind, thoughtful roommates.

* Furnished with a full-size bed, fan, AC unit, and closet space (will be cleared for you!)
* Bright (gets morning sun), cozy, and peaceful

* 2nd story walk-up
* Shared kitchen + bathroom
* Lots of natural light and plants throughout
* Roof access (!!)
* Quiet, clean, and respectful—we like to keep shared spaces tidy and mellow
* Occasionally social, but everyone is independent and values privacy

THE ROOMMATES
* Shared with 3 wonderful roommates (28F, 29F, 25M), two of whom are in law school and one who recently left her job with the federal government. They are caring and social people who enjoy spending time outside, engaging in local community organizing, cooking, and reading.

* We’re in a great spot on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy with tons nearby!
* 6 min walk to Bedford-Nostrand G
* 10 min walk to Franklin C
* 12 min walk to Nostrand A/C
