We’re looking for two trustworthy subleasers— friends, family, or two reliable individuals—from June 1 through mid-July, with the possibility of a lease takeover starting August 1. July dates are flexible!

$2625/each person with utilities included.

The apartment is just one block from the Gates J train, and the building features laundry, bike storage, and a gym.
It’s a sunny, corner unit with a dishwasher, and a room with a private balcony. We will be leaving it furnished. Pets are welcome too!
