About This Lister

My name is Ann Marie. I am the owner of the property and have been living in the house for 18 years. The barn sits behind the main house (about 300 yards away).

I mostly use the barn as my writing studio, and over the years I’ve rented it to friends, writers and artists, for photo shoots, and last year, for a film. It’s a fantastic summer spot — and the views are spectacular.

There are also a few very friendly dogs on the property who may greet you as you come and go through the gate. This summer, you’ll have the place almost entirely to yourself, as I’ll be traveling.
