I am looking for a quiet, responsible person or couple to sublet my apartment for one month.

My apartment is a real 1 bedroom (large one bedroom) furnished apartment in the heart of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

I live 4 blocks from the C train a block from the 25, 26 buses, 10 mins walk from the G train.

The area has a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. I live on a beautiful tree lined street.

Utilities on top of $150.

Will need 1 month deposit + sublease agreement.

Landlord will do credit check & will need references.

No pets
No smokers
