‣ Custom built-in desk area for computer work, with plenty of outlets underneath it
‣ A large bedroom w/ king size bed, premium memory foam mattress, bedsheets & cover + two garment racks & a dresser unit
‣ An office/media room (arch opening to main area) convertible to second bedroom w/ a comfortable rattan daybed (queen bed can be set up for 4+ person bookings), TV (HBO, Prime, etc signed in), & desk for computer work
‣ The kitchen is open to the main area & has a custom-built island w/ butcher block countertop + lots of storage + basic cooking/kitchen supplies
‣ Large bathroom + walk-in shower w/ high pressure water & basics included: shampoo, conditioner, iron + ironing table
‣ There is a walk-in closet which we usually keep off-limits but can be made available for long term stays to store suitcases, etc. if needed - pls let us know in advance!
‣ The unit faces our building's courtyard so it is very quiet with zero street noise & gets indirect natural lighting
‣ There are a few happy plants in bedrooms which we hope you can kindly water once a week during your stay :)

IMPORTANT:
‣ Our building is very peaceful with many wonderful neighbors some of whom work from home. We do not like to disturb them in any way, therefore: no guests/gatherings/parties/meetings or any types of photoshoots/productions at the space. No exceptions. Quiet hours from 10PM onward.
