Welcome to our home!

-We're on the border of Silver Lake and Echo Park, up the hill from the reservoir -- bars, restaurants, wine shop, library, etc. are walking distance. Whole Foods or Vons down the street.

- 2 bedroom/3 bathroom. First bedroom has a king bed, Second bedroom has a queen pull-out couch, tempur-pedic topper, and full-sized crib. Both rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

- Large new kitchen, patio, washer/dryer, and private furnished roof deck - 2 outdoor spaces!

- All our silly little comforts like smart TV, central air/Nest thermostat, noise machine, electric kettle, instantpot, home gym, piano, guitars, etc etc

- There is a keypad entry and a garage. We can also include our fully electric Mazda in the rental if you need transportation.

We can do a discount for a longer-term rental.
