We are subletting our cozy place during the summer. This a pre-war condo building in a prime location. 1st floor but there is elevator access with a ramp if needed. Wooden floors, windows facing the park, wi-fi, bluetooth pro speakers and no TV. We think it would be a great match for a family with children –Our son is 8 and his room is full of toys and book ready to be shared.

Prospect Lefferts Garden is a vibrant neighborhood, with lots of families around, groceries, cafes, wine-shops and basic services. Prospect park is across the street, a really gorgeous natural space with lots of areas to explore, exercise and relax.

1 Block from Q, B subway trains direct connection to Atlantic Av, Union SQ, etc.

We are Bea + Raul + 8-year old son. We are friendly, love books, food, nature, traveling and art. Teach Fine Art at SVA and own a photo/film production company specialized in fine art documentation.

Originally from Spain, moved to NYC 15 years ago. We are tenants of this apartment since 2020 and love the community of the building, the neighborhood and specially Prospect Park.
