We are renting our sunny large bedroom with a king size bed and two windows and air condition from July 5th to July 18th, 2025 at $850 US.
You will share the apartment with Ryan -who is very respectful and kind and will stay in the small room in the front-.
The apt is located on Saint Nicholas Ave - Bushwick, in a beautiful residential area.
One block from the L train station (Dekalb stop) 20 min to Union Square; a few blocks from the M train station.
We have a living room with a big tv with cable and a nice couch in case you want to relax at home.
There are many restaurants, bodegas, pharmacies, etc. There are two parks close by to walk or exercise.
Please no parties on the apartment, they are plenty of places to hang out in NYC. We can give you some suggestions.

As a different deal, I will be renting my art studio for all July and August in West Harlem for only $500 a month (less than I pay). It has 4 windows and a terrace. Not sleeping allowed. Work only. Email me for more info.
