Apartment is a massive, 1,100 sq ft loft with thoughtfully curated designer furniture and fine art. Features a full sized kitchen with island, dishwasher, breakfast nook, full sized dining table, comfortable living room, in-unit washer/dryer, and roof access.

The room is 128 sq ft with 13 ft ceilings. Has a queen sized bed, built in closet, storage space, and room for a dresser and/or small desk if desired. Although the shared space is fully furnished, the bedroom is flexible and happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.

Building is ideally located in a highly sought after area. Steps away from the only two Michelin-starred restaurants in Williamsburg. 5min to the JMZ, 12min to the L, 15min to the Lower East Side, and a short walking distance to Domino Park and some of Brooklyns best bars, restaurants, music venues, and hotels. Whole Foods and various gyms/studios are also nearby.

I'm a friendly and laid-back design professional who works from home. I'll be spending most of my time in my bedroom/home office but also go to the gym about 3/4 days a week, and enjoy nights out with friends.

The apartment is definitely great for hosting small groups - cocktail/dinner parties, movie, and game nights. Communication is key - the most important thing for me is that we're both comfortable and able to enjoy the space while also being respectful of each others schedules and personal preferences.

I'm really passionate about my work and value my personal time and time with friends. Ideally would live with someone who feels the same!
