The bedroom faces an interior courtyard and is quiet. There is an AC installed in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the dining/living room. The apartment is on a residential street between Flatbush and Bedford, very close to Prospect Park and the B/Q/S trains.

Most importantly, you'll be a responsible, quiet and considerate person or two, both of the space and towards the neighbors. It's a great building and neighborhood.
