The room is spacious (~180 sqft), south-facing with great natural light, a built-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room is on the main floor with the living area / kitchen and access to the deack. The other two bedrooms are on a separate floor, so you have plenty of privacy, almost like its own studio.

The duplex was fully renovated a few years ago, so everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. You’ll also have access to:

- Washer/dryer in unit
- Fully equipped high end kitchen
- Outdoor deck with a BBQ
- A/C in living areas
- Basement storage if needed (for longer term stays)
