Furnished room for a short term rental (3 months) in Prospect Lefferts Gardens on the Little Caribbean border. The room has lots of space, a queen bed, desk, dresser, a walk-in closet, and 3 windows. Our rooms are on opposite sides of the shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room), so we don't share a wall. The condo has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and is on the 5th floor of an elevator building.

The building has a gym, package room, and roof deck (still being setup for Summer). It's a 12 minute walk to Prospect Park, and a 7 minute walk to Key Foods. There's a post office around the corner on Church Ave and the 2 & 5 trains are a 10 minute walk away at the Church Ave stop (30min commute to the city).

Rent includes utilities and a cleaning fee. Move in is June 1st or June 15th. No couples, no pets.
