Our large one bedroom guest house is available for several weeks in the month of May as well as July and August.

It’s light and bright with one bedroom and one bathroom in addition to a separate large living space, its own kitchen, and a bathroom. A small washer and dryer is there as well.

The heat and air are both separate wall and window units located in the living and bedroom.

You enter through the driveway into a beautifully landscaped side yard. You also have two small patios to enjoy for yourself located in a shared backyard.

We have a small baby, so we are looking for quiet and respectful people who need to visit for work mostly or a low key vacation. No parties or loud noise.

We can offer you a discounted rate for anyone staying longer than a week.

About This Lister

We are a couple in our 40’s who just had a baby and work from home. We are quiet and enjoy our privacy. We are renting this guest house when our family isn’t in town helping with the baby. We aren’t in the shared backyard too often, but will be more as the summer approaches. We are very respectful and appreciate others who are friendly, respectful, and focused like us.
