I am a photographer and working on a project between California and West Africa, so I need to sublet my space while I am away. You would be communicating with me about everything apartment related.

Looking for a someone that keeps a clean home, is the person that tidies up the airbnb/hotel before leaving, and doesn't wear shoes in the house. No smoking and unfortunately no pets.
This is my home and want to keep it full of good energy.
I am looking for someone starting 1 June through March 2026. Please no inquiries for summer only.
Move in is one month rent + security deposit.
