You are a vegetarian cat lover! you are more of the type of person that prefers creating their own sanctuary in a larger space, while not minding sacrifice of more common-room type space. Your room is large and beautiful, with a separate little alcove to be used in many ways, gorgeous wood floors, 2 large windows, giant closet. You have a separate entrance! Lovely light in the room, and it is generally peaceful and quiet. You have all the access you need to kitchen and bathroom… The drawbacks are… the apartment is a railroad. So you will have to come through “my area” to use the bathroom/kitchen which are adjacent to one another on the other side of my room. And as that is the case, there is no so called “common” living room area, our common space is the kitchen and bathroom. HOWEVER! I am incredibly easy to live with. I have had my previous roommate for 4 years, and another for almost 3 years and others for over a year. I am truly looking only for someone who is extremely respectful, due to this setup. It is the perfect situation for someone! Please come see it if you might like. I am very fair with this as I pay the bulk of the Con Ed and only ask you to pay what you owe over and above the normal running of the apartment, ½ the internet which is $44, and I don’t ask you to pay for National Grid at all (the gas for the stove).
