My studio:

*is large and very well lit with big windows, afternoon direct sun
*is clean (will be professionally cleaned before move-in)
*is furnished, including some dining and kitchen items, small television, electric piano (which can be stored in closet if you don't want to use), leather lounge chair with ottoman, bed and high quality mattress sealed in a protector
*has three closets (one with shelves for clothes, two are large and one of those is a giant walk in—I will have a few books in boxes stored in the back)
*will have shades installed before move in, and desk will probably be swapped for small table and chairs

I'm going to be away for the summer (possibly longer) so ideally I'm looking for someone to move in for three months. If both parties agree, there would be a possibility to rent month-to-month after. If you dates are a little different than the ones I've listed, feel free to email and ask if they'll work.

The building is a well-maintained walkup (apt on third floor) with adults of all ages. It's very quiet. I'm looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant—and in exchange I can offer rent that's about $1k below the average for comps in the neighborhood.
